| so as everyone by now knows I've ind the middle de-virginizing myself on knowledge of the clutch of my car so as of 8 or 9 tonight I called it a day after pulling the radiator, battery, shifter cables, tires, intercooler piping, and air intake, got stopped at the CV joints, , cuz I can't pry them out (don't have a pry bar), so if the MAEC Santa has a pry bar that he is willing to spare me I will be a good boy *I promise* for about 3 months then I will have to be a bad boy and go fast again | |

| You did? well didn't remeber oh well...got my cv joints out today took a total of like 3 minutes to remove both of them woot now for the to do list:
1. remove crossmember after getting the engine supported 2. remove bolts on the bell housing and starter 3. drop tranny and put new release bearing, clip, and pivot bolt into housing 4. remove old pressure plate and clutch 5. remove flywheel and get it resurfaced 6. then install newly surfaced flywheel clutch and pressure plate in 7. put tranny back in 8. install cv joints 9. reassemble suspension 10. reassemble engine bay 11. put on tires 12. lower car 13. PB Blast anything I think should be 14. put tools away 15. start car, drive around for a little, 16. then baby the car for the next 500 miles 17. Last and certainly not least have fun | |
