| maybe at top speed, but it's not bad in normal driving conditions, or on the highway. The Veyron is an engineering marvel and an amazing car. Some people may not like the looks of it but that all comes down to personal preference. | |

Nuff said. That car is amazing! I just watch some videos of one SMOKING some 800+hp Skylines the other day and it's just cool to watch that car work. The "air brake" is my favorite feature of the car lol, never seen anything quite like it. Why buy this? Because it's a VEYRON bro!!!

| I'm not a big fan. I think ts way over board. But on the other hand it is pretty cool. That thing is a monster. Just a tad over done for my liking | |

| I appreciate the engineering. It's fast.
It's ugly as hell. One of the ugliest cars I think I've ever seen.
As for the mileage the owners who can afford it really aren't going to care anyway.

| But I mean every 20-30 miles you probably have to re-fuel. Probably 10 miles of highway hard driving.
I've seen some videos of veyrons running out of gas and being pushed to the gas station.

| In that case each veyron should come with an oil field and a refinery. | |

| That is my point.
It's overpriced, fugly, very UN-economical, so luxurious, ...
and it's only made for certain places in the world. Why have one in dirty, dusty, highway rock chip infested locations? you'd be mostly afraid of it getting scratched for Aesthetic presentation.
Sorry but I hate it.
Why not blow that kinda money and get a few Zondas? Mclaren SLRs? Carerra GTs?

| Trust me you're not alone. I also hate the thing. That car fell right outta the ugly tree and hit every single branch on the way down. I don't think it missed a single twig.
Speaking of dusty, dirty, highway rock chip infested locations. We're living in one. lol!

| I know most people who have this have like $100 Million in their bank accounts.
But I've also heard of idiots wasting all their $250,000 saved on a supercar when they retire....
Now...if I was 55.....owned a small business or two...had time on my hands...owned my home and no debt....
and cash to blow.
sure. I guess $500,000 on a Mclaren SLR is well notable. But you'll just be another rich jackass who doesn't know shit about cars...so what most people think anyway.

| hey, it gets 13 miles per gallon, which isn't bad for the amount of horsepower it makes at all. | |

| whoa whoa whoa. Where are you guys getting 10 miles of highway driving. Where the hell are you driving that you can go 180 on the highway? I can guarantee the car get better gas mileage than MANY other vehicles out there with WAY less power going reasonable speeds. The trick is keeping your foot out of the 4 turbos... If you know how to drive conservatively I really doubt this car would be a problem. | |

| point in be...you spend a few million....why would you want to keep off the turbos? Then why do you want to refuel every 1 minute? | |

| Point in be....you spend a few million you buy it for status, not because it goes fast. If you have that kind of money to buy on go fast cars you buy race cars. It is what it is, and that is a status luxury symbol. And your argument makes no sense. That's like saying if you build a 800HP drag car that is 100% streetable, you would HAVE to race it in the city. Just because it runs the 1/4 in 6 seconds doesn't mean you have to juice it from stoplight to stoplight. You are thinking in too linear of terms.for you Fast car=always fast, whereas in reality, fast car=fast when it is needed | |
