Trip to Yellowstone Park this weekend

Had a great time in Yellowstone Park this weekend. It was really nice to get away from home and have some fun with friends as my car has been killing me the past couple weeks. Cannot believe how much fun it was. Pretty sure it was because I was actually able to drive my car again after all the hours I have poured into it in the past couple weeks.

Now that I have the trip out of the way I can get started on finishing the car again. Just ordered my second fuel filter for my Aeromotive setup and I am going to be mounting the pump under the car where it should have been in the first place. All I will have in the trunk now is the fuel cell, which is also going to be turned so the outlets on the tank face the rear of the car. I am guessing my fuel problem under right hand turns should be fixed after this project.

Got lots of head turns going through the park. Actually had to creep by a construction worker through a slow area and I got a 'NICE'.

This was the best trip I have ever been on. We had a blast! Mike and Steve, you guys shoulda hung out at Chico and went swimming. We had a blast! Anyways, I'll put some pics up here.











Steve, the picture of Caitlin's Fozzy came out really fuzzy. Once again, this trip was friggin awesome. I had so much fun. We did the crazy run around Yellowstone one day, and then Adey and I had a nice relaxation day in Chico.

Cool looks like you guys had a great time! I haven't been to Yellowstone in a long time. Going up to Glacier next week though.

Yeah, I have to agree, that was a really good time. The only thing that was crappy was losing the lash cap on the exhaust side of #3, but we did a temp fix on it and she held up great. Thank you to Frank for having his mobile tool kit, which just so happened to have a feeler gauge kit.

That is a good question. The strange thing is I never really went over .50 bar while we were cruising the park.

I am going to make my clearances a bit tighter on both the exhaust and intake side. As of right now I am running .010 on the exhaust and .008 on the intake. I will be changing them to .008 on the exhaust and .006 for the intake.
