I think it would be cool to do a bbq/ meet at the St. Patricks School parking lot @ 32nd and 3rd ave. I was thinking 5 Pm. What do you guys think?

on what day ill bring some food if needed but only if its a day i have off

You have the hookup for the parking lot Chris. How many cones can you get this year? We should try and get a barricade for the lot saying 'MAEC Members ONLY'. That would be awesome.

Ummmm, no. I believe he meant blocking off the lot so no one can park there except for us. it is close to the parade and other fun burn the point activities and we wouldnt have to park next to all of the drunk folks on the street that weekend.

Ahh gotcha. Someone says cones and I think about slaloming. It takes me forever to get down 24th these days, what with all the weaving and pissed off traffic.

I talked to manuel today, he said we could rope off the the paraking lot. Ill be there at 4:30-5:00ish. now we just need to decide what we will al bring.

i can bring a bunch of pop. and i have caution tape if needed

probably wont be able to make it. im sure i have to work that night.

I'm down. Seeing as how after next weekend I will actually be in town every weekend since school is starting. Can't wait to start joining in the festivities again.

nik, parade entry is $10 per car..and you can register on the site, i think.

I can bring a few bags of chips. I'm so stoked for this. We had a lot of fun last year.

Nevermind, I just checked the website and it says the parade starts at 7:00. I will be down there at 5:00ish then.

If I get done with work early enough I'll give you a call Mike and see if you guys want me to bring anything.

You can be done with work by 5, I will let you since it is a local holiday.

I'll try and remember the spring for sure, its sitting next to my car so as long as its nice out and I drive the Z I'll grab it.

Sweet, sounds like a plan. I am going to try and have my sunroof, hood, and top part of the wing repainted for the show. Going to be a busy day tomorrow.

Alright, the plan is if you want to help BBQ and get things rolling we are going to be meeting at 5:00. I have the drinks, Frank has the cooler and ice, and Chris has well everything else. I would guess someone can bring some condiments, hot dogs, and buns if they want to.

You are more than welcome to join along with anyone else from the club. I believe the Church is 32nd and 4th, it is the very tall one downtown. Pretty hard to miss.

I am confused here, is the church on 31st or 32nd, because the "tall" church is on 31st and 3rd... I thought. There is a school on 32nd & 2nd-3rd. Just want to know for sure.

I want to come to this and am confused as well, are we meeting in the school parking lot (32nd and 3rd) or at the actual church? (31st and 3rd). Also, what could a person still bring? ( if no answer by 5pm then I'll just bring some sodas)
