My New Toy!!

Decided since I am going to be painting more often that I should get a gun that will lay it down right, so I bought a SATA JET 90-2. Pretty stoked to use it tomorrow night. I love my life!!

Yeah, I really wish I would have bought this gun before spraying my car, but when I go single stage next year it is going to look amazing.

Sata is the shit. i had 2 bad ass sata guns but sold them. kinda bummed i sold them . i had over $1300 in two guns and sold them for $600. my base coat guns was the shit Sata Rp 3000 digital but mine was blue

Cannot wait to shoot today. I am excited to see the difference between the guns and how they lay down.

I still have my Sata primer gun and a DeVilbis topcoat gun from school. I'll probably never use them again, might throw them up for sale soon...

I am going to be selling my Devilbiss kit with top coat gun, mini gun, disposable cup unit, and a few other small items for $150. Who wants it.

Going to be setting the gun up today. Being that I was in a hurry on Friday afternoon and I needed to get the paint laid as quickly as possible, I did not have time to get the gun dialed in, so it turned out ok and not great. Going to be test spraying a sunroof I have laying in the parts pile to get this baby ready to rock when I start the repaint.

Just got done in the garage setting the gun up. Wish I would have done that before I sprayed the door on Friday. Looks like the clear is going to turn out with almost zero orange peel and a beautiful glass look, but time will tell as it settles. As of right now I have full reflection which is always a good sign. Pretty stoked to redo the door as see how she turns out.

I believe tomorrow I will be trying the new gun out on the Chevelle trunk lid. Hope I have the results I had today using the spare sunroof.
