Who is marketing maec forum on craigslist

Lol so I put a add on Craigs list and I get a email says Go here

then maec forum link then below that it says

"Local Billings Auto Forum. Got everything here. Ricers, Tuners,Imports, Muscle Heads, Big Racing Trucks, rally enththusiasts,F1, Nascar, etc...."


This is a great idea and thumbs up to you for taking your time to do this but,
Not that I am a marketing major, I would re work your wording. Just my opinion....


Maybe someone on here has a way with words so that it draws people to click the link and join up

I don't see anything wrong with advertising MAEC that way, as long as whomever sends the email explains things a bit more and doesn't just sound like a spambot. Something along the lines of "Hey, I don't mean to sound like a spam bot, but I see you're into rice, and there's this forum for local car enthusiasts. You might wanna check it out, as someone on there might be interested in your Honda crap."

^^^^ I agree MAEC is for anyone and the more the merry...I am all for getting the car, truck, motorcycle scene bigger and better in Montana...

I think its a great idea that you are willing to take your personal time to try to get the word out about this forum.. But I just think wording could be a little better so that it gets any car persons attention...Make it interesting to the person reading it..So that they want to click the link...Gotta think, wording is everything and is giving the first impression.......and as we all know 1st impressions are everything!!!!


and about your last sentence we all started someone...Have learned from are mistakes and others experiments and mistakes...Thats what I like about this forum everyone is so helpful friendly and eager to lend a hand or advice..
