I have for sale a used ATP gt35r/tial 44mm/atp dumptube: -It has a damaged turbine wheel from piston #3 exploding :sadbanana: **It can be repaired by ATP** I contacted ATP about fixing the turbo and they told me about Garrett's Ball Bearing Service Program. If you send in your broken chra, it acts as credit torwards the new one. It would cost $522 for a new chra and additional $100 labor if you'd like ATP to fix it for you. If somebody wants a great deal and has time to fix this, they'll be saving alot of money for a factory repaired turbo. Its basically like buying a new turbo for less if you have the patience to get it fixed. Im asking $1000 for the turbo/wastegate/dumptube: -comes with everything i received from atp I am not willing to separate these items at this point. Package deal only, $1000 shipped:popcorn: [img] [img] [img] [img] [img] [img] *Cometic Head Gaskets 100mm Bore .40” Thick(Brand New): $70.00 -Price is for the pair

may i ask why? it seems like it was only running for a couple months Thanks for the bump, i really hate to sell but my priorities have changed(wife & baby) Regrettably the car didnt last with the power levels i achieved due to detonation. After spending a massive amount of money and roughly a month to install the parts, i went from a protuned stage 2(262whp) to stage 3(425whp). These parts im selling are basically brand new, approx. 3000 miles of use. Its going to be seriously hard for me to see everything go, but it wont be the last project you guys see me do. The money from my parts is going to purchase a complete sti longblock assembly so i can put my car up for sale. Im giving maec first dibs on my parts, although nasioc and iwsti will have access shortly. Please understand these are premium parts that have very low usage, prices are posted accordingly.

| Thanks for the support guys...im still having second thoughts. what i'd really like to see happen is to sell my turbo and cams. Use that money to build my longblock, get a borg warner twinscroll setup and never look back lol
Im trying my best to hang on, if i can sell my turbo soon things might change...

Im hoping to keep it, im thinking about putting this sale on hold till i see if my turbo sells. The car is completely paid off, its sittin under a car cover waiting to breath fire again. The reason behind the sale is the need to buy a house. Im trying to convince the wife that the sti's not worth as much as she thinks

| I know this is not the answer you would expect to hear on a car forum... but cars come and go! Keeping the family situated and happy is a lot more important than toys. If it's meant to be then cool, otherwise get a house get settled and then get back into cars..... there is no shortage of sti's roaming around.
IMO once cars start to hinder other life events, the fun is gone anyways so you might as well move on.
Just one man's opion... either way sick looking car and good luck with the decision/sale.

Its not costing me anything, and realistically i wont be ready to purchase a house for awhile. If i can sell the turbo i'll be in good shape to keep the car...

The reason behind the sale is the need to buy a house. Im trying to convince the wife that the sti's not worth as much as she thinks how about the fact you dont owe ANY money on it? why would she not want to keep a new car thats completly paid off? you dont have to buy a house just cause your married now?(and have a child on the way) you can save money for a while till you have plenty for a house. i just dont want you to make the same mistake ALL my friends who have bought a house made. they all bought houses that looked good but ended being a money pit. and just cause a house looks new or has new item's doesnt mean it wont be a money pit. i say this cause if you get a money pit you wont have an sti till your dead! sell her sunfire you could get a GANG of cash for that thing..........

| I wanna go fast!! I guess going with a twin 35 setup is possible!? I would split the manifold in half, reverse it, and run 2 throttlebodies. Not much room on the driver side firewall. | |
