| I want to take 'er down a notch. I don't know what brands would be worth looking into. I have found TONS on e-bay ranging from $15-$350. I'm tempted to go cheap, but don't want to put another one in a year later because I bought a shitty one... And if anyone has one laying around, that would be swell. | |

How be that turbo and top mount you dirty little hamster? I would talk to JD, i think hes had good luck with the high-flow cat he put on the SE-r.

| Expensive high flow cats are designed for maximum performance and allow you to pass emissions. Since we don't have emissions testing in MT it's all up to you about how earth friendly you want to be. The best solution for people without emission testing in my mind is resonated test pipe. You get all th performance gains of test pipes without the raspy noise typically associated with striaght pipes.
Spend money on a decent set, they aren't that expensive and will make a huge difference on how your exhaust sounds as well as the cheap ones typically have fitment issues.
I have had good luck with Megan racing resonated test pipes. They are cheaper than most, yet Megan does stand behind there products and there fitment is usually pretty good.

| NIce. That's about the answer I was looking for. The rasp is getting to me pretty bad. | |

im running 3in megan testpipe sound and proformz very well, so like bone said megan might be your best bet for the $$$. as far as testpipes go they all do the same thing so spending more on name brand units just is not worth it

| I would not even run exhaust, just run open from the turbo back. Jokes, I like my Invidia and obviously I have a Perrin on the DRAGON. | |

| I went with a PDM hi-flow. They're a canadian company which focuses on Nissans and ventures into Toyotas and Subarus. | |
