| Is anybody looking forward to getting GT5, whenever it actually comes out? I've been a huge Gran Turismo fan after playing the first and second ones at my friend's house years ago, and have been getting more and more anxious for GT5 to come out.
I picked up GT5 Prologue and have been having a lot of fun with it. The physics are a LOT different than Forza, but is still realistic feeling in a different way. There's not a whole lot to do, but what events are there are pretty hard to get first in. It's gonna take a lot of practice to master the game when it comes out. | |

| I hated prologue. Thought they did a pretty sloppy job on it. The actual GT5 is supposed to be pretty good, we'll see tho.

| Already pre ordered it. I've played the series since the first one and was hooked. The prologue wasn't that great but GT5 is going to be 10 times better. Forza has had this market covered for a long time now and I love it, but GT5 is going to take back the thrown from what I have seen and read online. | |

| They will most likly push it one more week long just to mess with people. They have changed the date so many times I think we will know the release date when it is in our hands. I think it will be well worth the wait for it. | |

| The discs are at retailers. I work in the back at Walmart and haven't seen any, but GTplanet.net is saying they've gotten a lot of emails about the discs being in stores. | |

| I know that Frank ended up buying it and he likes it. He said the nice thing is the used car lot for each manufacturer changes every time you go back. I am stoked to play it. NEXT WEEKEND BABY! | |

| So far my initial impressions are that it is pretty awesome. There will be updates coming out adding a few features. I got a little civic si turbo'd that i've been wooping ass with. Picked up a 2011 Sti of course. I guess as you level up the simulation gets more in depth, the car starts getting damaged, and you have to overhaul your engines and do maintenance. So far I'm glad they kept alot of the tunablility of the cars intact. I remember in older GT's playing with everything on the car and starting to get a nack for setting them up for specific tracks. We should all RACE onlline!

| Oh yea, Love this game... when it's not trying give a stroke!, getting to level 23 has taken a year off my life expectancy... a 520 hp 98 Sti and a 310hp elise goes a long way, then its time for a 728hp 458 Italia. Cant afford a Pescarolo C60 yet so.... | |

| OK... So the update added some big money Seasonal Events. These are done in a specified car BUT there are ususally no tuning restrictions. I started all that at 1.6 mil in credits and now have over 6 million and went from driver level 18 to 23 in one sitting. The cars usually need to be tuned to win those races (dropping 37k, at least!), but all in all, I'm fully addicted. And Frank I know what you're talking about. I have been getting these major tension headaches. | |
