| Well once again my 2008 WRX is in the hands of Tibor at Subaru. The other morning my car ended up spraying oil out the exhaust AGAIN, so she is back under the knife. Last I heard they were possibly going to be putting a new shortblock in, but that was not definitive.
I really hope the process gets under way soon. I cannot stand driving this damn Buick LeSabre any longer!!

| That is a good assumption and you are probably right. I really regret buying a second turbo car. There is no point as I never use the damn thing. Should have just gone with a Legacy or an Outback. | |

| Sucky, big suprise tho as they knew it was gonna go and neglected to replace it to begin with. All they did is just cause more hassle. Lamers.

| There has been no hassle thus far, but I assume there will be some bumps ahead. I am really hoping things go smooth and they get things figured out before the end of the day so the block order is placed. | |

I hope for your sake it us covered under warranty. You shouldn't have to spend that kinda money on a new car and have all this happen to it!

| Sounds like I am getting a new shortblock. I guess the order was placed on Friday.
I know there have been tons of people that have problems getting their stuff covered under warranty, but both times I have gone in for warranty issues there has been no problems at all.
Hope everything goes nice and smooth.

| Damn sorry to hear your rex is causing so much trouble for you. Is the car bone stock right now, maybe a flash? Hopefully a new short block under warranty takes car of all the trouble for the rest of the little subi's life!
