Another one has been claimed by those four legged creatures we call DEER! Thats right...the Spec-V is no more.
February 16...Headed for work up Shiloh from the interstate doing bout 50mph and a doe on a dead run jumped out right in front of me RIGHT at Taco Bell...Zero time to react, hit it dead center of the hood and sent that bitch flyin. Last time i saw it, it was in the air headed OVER the Reflectors in the median and whoever was sitting in the drive-thru got a hell of a show.

Here's what the damage looked like...Doesn't look like much, but when most of the parts that were damaged are SPEC-V specific pieces make for a pricey fix.

And now you will see me rollin in my '05 Avalanche and my new turntables and sound system...So Lewistown and some other events will now have a professional DJ and non-stop tunes!!!

OOEY on the plates...Nickname from way back in the day and they've been on 4 different vehicles. Haha....As far as insurance went, i was pretty ok with cause everything on the car was rated excellent condition minus the tires Rolling Eyes And I ended up gettin $6,700 for it AND because the coilovers were less than a year old, I got a full refund on those as well. So I went out and bought a new set of Pioneer DVJ-X1 Turntables, Pioneer 707 Mixer, Serato SL-3, and a B-52 Matrix 2000 sound system....OH YEAH! And an '05 Avalanche Laughing All in all, it was more of a blessing in disguise cause now I can focus more on my dream career. But that's not to say I won't be around...and someday hopefully not too far off, I can join you subaru freaks, that is if I don't find another SPEC!

So stoked to have the Venge trailed up to Lewistown behind the Avalanche and to have a live DJ at the track! Sad to see the Nissan go, but now you can get back to your dirt bike/truck roots! Smile

Those tables are serious! I'm gonna miss the Spec-V too. Everytime I saw it, the engine bay was shiny and clean. I would've loved to be getting Taco Bell and see that actually happen.

Yeah, they're a lot of fun...hpoefully I will have all my music organized by the first meet and i can put some tunes on and by the time Lewistown rolls around, I'll be set to give everyone a good show. And anyone else that wants to learn how to kinda use em and play a lil up there, I will be happy to teach....Time and Weather permitting of coarse. I'm hoping we can get Christian to bring his tables too and we can really have some fun Very Happy
