IQ Test Results

Well I was watching Fantasy Factory on MTV and they gave me the idea of taking an IQ test just to see how stupid I really am. Well 1 hour later I found out I am a 106 which is above average and below highly intelligent. Ill take it!!

What test did you take? I have taken a couple of them before also and scored a 126 and 127. Just curious. I would like to give the test you took a whirl also.

I took one a while back and got a 134 on it. Said I am a genious at math. I'd believe it. I have trouble with spelling and remembering names though. Made it hard to get through social studies. I knew the dates of things but never the nemes.

I got 106 too!

That was a pretty interesting test, nice find on the site Mike. Although I wouldnt put all my eggs in a basket over an IQ score via internet or professionally administered. Its only a measure, not definitive. I scored a 113 on the test you posted. On other ones I have taken I have recieved in the 120s and a few between 110 and 120. That site claims a score of 111-121 as above average while others I have seen claim scores of 110-119 to be superior intelligence. All in all, it was fun stretchin the mind and clearing some cobb webs.

I don't see online IQ tests being very valid. For one thing, IQ tests are supposed to be timed. Secondly, cheating can't be allowed for it to be remotely accurate. Thirdly, I've tried these before, and my IQ increased drastically if I've had a few drinks...

I've taken two IQ tests one online and one in college administered at U of M. Mine varied 116 to 134 and both tests were different from each other. I was timed on putting puzzles back together, math all kinds of random things. I don't put too much faith in them. I know some book smart people who have no common sense. To me it's all about common sense and street smarts.

111 but got bored at the end and started to hurry through it.

I don't want to even take this because when it I get done and it says I'm dumb I already knew that ha ha.

I went through it quickly this morning before I got on a conference call. I guess my engineering school really did make me retarded! I got a 94

Its cause your too smart for an average test with all your fancy big words us nowmal folk don't understand.

Yeah, I agree, some of the questions in that test were retarded. I have never been one to care all that much about family tree and greems and grooms and whatever other garbage questions they had. Being that it was the first IQ test I have ever taken I am sure taking it again would yield a higher number. I dont think I am that bored though.

haha I got 113 which was right in line with 3 aspects of my life, job, education, and age.

Wow... strange test, but made 113 after 4 crown and cokes, will try again later... damn these tests

I love these kinds of test!! I just got a 124. But I do a few these kinds of things everyday at work. I know there is a few different ways to work these kinds of tests. I had to in collage, I wanted to graduate with honers, which I did! I have a ton of test taking skills that I picked up over the years. I had a friend in collage that was super smart (way, way smarter than me) but he didn't have any common sense. For example, he it took him forever to figure out a magic wallet. You know the kind you put a dollar in and fold it once and it's locked in by elastic straps. I have taken a few real IQ test administered by the Colorado School of Mines and they were tough where I was scared that I wouldn't pass, but it was crazy math and I almost timed out. I scored a 115 which is average to high intelligent. I also did one for Lockheed Martin in Colorado and there's was more varied and did a lot better a 128. They told me that I am above average with a broad knowledge range. I think that I am just as smart as the next guy but I almost live for these types of brain exercises.
