July 23rd & 24th Lewistown Weekend

wow what a day. we had a blast. its was a very nice turnout and the weather was great also. glad all of you could make it. sorry to those who had problems. but over all it was a good day. have fun tomorrow guys i would have liked to stay but i wanted to check out the import drags tomorrow also. be safe.

Missed an excellent day Shawn. We ran till 10pm last night trying to get pictures of rotors glowing and Frank got some sweet shots. Frank and I also reset the track today and it was a much more technical course on the front side with high speed on the back. I would have to say this was my favorite Lewistown Meet to date for sure.

Thanks to everyone for coming out and destroying their brakes.

yeah im kinda bummed we left. but im not sure my brakes would have made it for the full 2 days. they where fading very bad. so im going to need to look into getting brakes that will work good for lewistown events. cause my stockers just aren't going to do it. im not sure if ill have them for the next event or not. i found some big weak points on the car that i need to work on. but i had a blast and cant wait for another event.

For sure the best racing so far! The track was awesome today and the night driving was fun. Good times chasing mike around. Making frank hate me is fun too! Haha. Going to be upgrading brakes here soon as mine are shot after today! All around great time and thanks to everyone that donated for the BBQ. Septembers grillin will be that much better because of that. Thanks again for and all around awesome weekend

I think everyone screwed SOMETHING on their car up! Brakes were just the most popular of the day.

I had a great time this weekend. I enjoyed getting to know a few folks a little better - new faces and familiar ones both. I'm hoping we'll have both cars able to run at the next event, but we'll see.

Have to state the obvious here: I HAD AN THE MOST AMAZING TIME EVER!!!!! I'm so glad I finally got to tear up the track and not break!! My arms are actually tired from driving so hard!! Now to replace all my IC couplers and get some better clamps to hold them on and find a better "catch can" solution so I'm not having to pump it back into the motor after every run and stop all my little leaks here and there. Can't wait until next time!!!
