Wow nice numbers. Its should move pretty good if you can get it to hook up. Planning on running it at all this year or still waiting until next year?

8.5 psi on the stock pulley. Will probably leave the pulley alone but may eventually upgrade the TB and get a new tune. Should be good for a small bump. Beyond that I don't want to push the stock bottom end any harder.

The car seems to do pretty well on street tires which surprises me. I think the suspension may be setup pretty well right now. Regardless I want some sticky tires and a line lock before I make any 1/4 mile attempts. So it will probably need to wait until next year. Got other things that take priority financially atm. I'm in no huge rush to do anything with the car, it will still be here next year.

I appreciate the offer but I am completely unprepared. I need to get brackets welded first and then learn how to do a burnout without making an idiot out of myself in front of 200+ people out there. The line locks make the latter easier but aren't a necessity.

I'm just not in a big hurry and fail to see why I should be? I'm keeping the car until it blows up on me or I buy another one in 4-5 years whichever comes first.

I love that vid! Prep didnt blow the motor either. Owen, practice makes perfect. Learning to race on the street is way different on the track. No one will think your an idiot, we all had to start somewhere.

I think I've seen the vid or at least pictures of the car on the trailer after that incident. Smile

I appreciate the advice gents.

Put it on the dyno over last weekend.
Nice numbers Owen. I used their mobile dyno and did 440 hp, 400 ftlb. I see you went higher on rpm than I did though, which surprises me, when it was in my car the rev limiter kicked in at 6500 solid, you managed a few more revs than that. Pretty close and well within the margin of error on the dyno though, so it sounds like it is spot on.

Since it is running well, I would go ahead and drop the 10 psi pulley and grab another 20 hp, but that is just me.

The upgraded throttle body and tune is not out of the question at some point. I'm currently planning on a set of nitto NT05R or M&H drag radials and an AFCO dual fan heat exchanger and upgraded pump. IATs are pretty terrible when it gets warm out so I want to do something to help knock those down a bit.

Need to get some track times next year. Wink
