KBB for "good" condition is 9445. Excellent is 10,1. I think that if you could get it for 9 thats not bad, which is what I was selling my very modded (bolt ons) '03 for, but mine has 10k less miles. The car looked clean when I saw it driving, but I have never actually checked it out in person. Rule of thumb on these is if you find one that hasn't had any thing put on it, that's the best. (Obviously this doesn't apply in every situation.) Hope this helps. http://www.bigskysubaru.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=2844 Here is the bigskysubaru posting. You could post up on there and see if anyone thinks it's not a bad deal.

From the years 1988 through 1991 A little company known as Honda made a KICK ASS AWD vehicle called the Civic RT4WD. Using a viscous coupler as a center differential, the car is typically "2wd", but it will "sense" slip with the front tires and transfer power to the rear wheels. They are AMAZING in the snow and the manuals are even 6 speeds.
Save yourself some cash, be a gangster and buy an RT4WD. They may not be boosted, but people have shown they can handle 300 whp on boost. More than enough fun for a DD!
Wagon attack anyone?!

I no longer own it. By some retarded decision and lack of room at one point in time at my house I gave it to Fox. Yes, Gave it to him. I regret it daily. However, I didn't have time for it or room at the time. Now, on the other hand I have all the room I could ever need. Sucks to be me I guess.
And Yes Gavin, they're truly amazing. Search Craigslist in Denver, pay cash and forget a car payment. Fox has my old one looking pretty dope. He's just working out some minor issues - the engine had been overheated beyond hot at one point so its being finicky and I'll just let him chime in if he wants to. I have to thank Mr. Bjorndahl for giving it to me originally though. If I hadn't got it for free I wouldn't have gave it away for free even after dumping a couple hundred bucks into it. Besides, Fox needed a better DD.
As far as the 300whp number, that is where they've found the viscous coupler to hold to reliably-ish. Of course there's different circumstances for every situation.

Well, they are in the 2wd versions. There have been a few who've converted the CRV stuff to work, but its pretty tricky. Boost a fresh rebuild and put down a little more power and you've got an AWESOME DD.

You'd think there would be more of them out here in snow country. I used to see one parked down at the main Fedex office on 1st Ave N, and I left them a note saying to call me if they ever wanna sell it. In the mean time, I'll stick to the plentiful Soobie GL and Loyale wagons. Looking for one with a nice body right now so that I can do a WRX drivetrain swap...

Every time I am in Missoula I see them EVERYWHERE! I never see many for sale though. There are a few clean ones I see running around town every now and then. I have an uncanny ability to spot them from long distances and hiding behind other cars.
