Carb tuners

Any recommendations of a carburetor tuner in Billings? If I can't hook up a laptop to an ECU to tune, I'm not too comfortable.
I have a mildly built SBC 350 (in a project Fiero I inherited) that has a junk Holley (600CFM?) 4-barrel that doesn't want to tune and I'd like someone to take a look at it. Figure out if it's worth using/rebuilding or if I should go with a new Edelbrock.

Whatever u do don't get an edlbrock.if u really want a new carb got with a new holley quick fuel or proform. Most of us who use carbs generally have learned to tune them ourselves.is it vacuum or mechanical secondaries?
