| Hey guys, I'm really itchin' to get out and do some racing this spring. Any word on whether the strip will even be open? I'm looking for a set of tires, not sure if I'm going to get slicks or drag radials. Are you allowed to run in the slick groove if you run drag radials? I've never been out to Acton on anything but street tires.
I'm going with 28x10.50R15 slicks, or 275/60-15 radials if anybody has some for sale, or knows who has the best price.

| Guessing it's early yet to know about what will happen next spring.
Wish that place would stay open through September. We usually have a few nice weekends even into October and the air gets better.

| Get the ET Street Radials Josh! They seem to work pretty good, they hook pretty good on the street for me too. | |

| Track is gonna have 6 races for sure. As for when they will post on the website in the next few months. As for drag radials. I would go with Mickey Thompson. I run 275/50r15s and cut 1.4 60 ' consistently. All of the drag radials are pretty good. Run about 17 psi for Mickey's 15 for Hoosiers. Bfgs I don't know cause I haven't had a set | |

| I planned on drag radials, but, to be clear, Ghost, you can line up in the slick groove with drag radials? | |

I am using Bfgs right now and I love them. I have a compairison in the wheel and tire section. It's the "street tire vs drag radial". I am running some 275/40-17. I have about 30psi running on the road and about 18psi on the street. They ride really nice and never had a problem with them. I think I have about 8,000mi on them with now and are finaly starting to show some signs of wear. I have done quite a few burnouts on them too. I am going to buy somemore for next year but will be switching to 335/35-17 and some skinnies in the front. I have already have some rims to fit them and have some drag springs. I might change my setup to a turbo also, I have almost evrything I need to change it over, I guess all I need is some time from work.

| Do you guys drive out there on your drag radials? Or switch them out at the track? It seems like that road would tear the shit out of a soft drag tire... | |

| I have driven out there for a whole season on a set. Just got to drive slow on that road. If I did it again I would probably just switch um out when I got to the track. | |

| What Sam said, I had better luck swapping them when I got there than I did when I drove out there on them. | |

Yea I rode in a turbo mustang with almost the same setup as mine as far as the engine in Denver a few months ago. I was so imprresed with his car I started buying turbo components. The power delivery is quite diffrent than my centrifigal setup. I know he was using a T76 and 18psi on E85. He showed me his dyno sheet and he had a huge torque curve 588tq. The HP peaked at 6,600 542hp. That was a mile high, so the numbers would be better down here. So santa if your real please alll I want for chistmas this year is dyno numbers like that!
