| We are in the process of planning our 3rd annual MAEC Dyno Day. We had an awesome turnout last year and are hoping to get even more people this year and all are welcome to come hang out! G&C performance will be providing the same 2WD Dyno and once again we will be firing up the BBQ so lunch will be provided. Only FWD and RWD cars can dyno (sorry AWD's). This year Brett and Ryan are working a T-shirt design and we are including a free shirt with each dyno. They will also be available to purchase at $15 each. If you are interested in helping out, we could use help loading cars, taking money / tracking runs and grilling! As always, we need people to take pictures and videos. Remember, this is a non-profit event. Our goals are to BE SAFE, BREAK EVEN and HAVE FUN! Location: 704 Lohwest Lane West on King Ave west Right on Lohwest (1st street after 64th street west) 3rd building on the left Date / Time: May 18th, 9:00 am ( Tentative)$60 for two runs, $20 for any additional run Here are the links to the previous dyno threads: 2011 MAEC Dyno Day thread2012 MAEC Dyno Day threadThanks, Scott

Since you think it's going to be boring you should go find a butt dyno thread to post in. |

Oh ok, we'll I'm not that low luckily.. I'm sure some of the rwds on there would be lower than my hatch.. What's the scoop on making the pulls? Who drives the car? JW if a person is allowed to make their own pulls if they have dyno experience? |

The dyno op prefers to have the same person load cars. There is a trick to it. Its safer for the people strapping cars on the dyno and it keeps things moving. Its cool if you want to dyno yourself, a few of us do. Most people dont mind. Ive dyno'd where they dont give you that option and it worked fine. |

| Oky doke, I was more so curious about being able to drive my own car, Ive done 100+ dyno pulls in a fwd car and would feel best driving myself, don't mind having it loaded and strapped by someone else, thanks for the info, I should be there. |

Bad ass! It will be like the pony war issue in Motor trend. We will have to run the GT500 and the ZL1 back to back. Two bone stock cars making close to 600wrhp going head to head!!! ...i think i just blacked out |

| There will be a film crew at the event taking hi-def video for a show called Montana Motive. Its a series about the car culture in Mt. They are doing a feature on the Challenger hemi car that will be coming to dyno. The producer is a local guy and he will be submitting the pilot to the speed channel in hopes of landing some air time for his series. Dont be surprised if you are asked to sign a waiver for them releasing footage of you and your car for broadcast. The producer's name is wade, he is also doing a feature on a 67 Mustang fastback pro car. Good guy..
So even if you are just coming to watch, shine up your ride and bring it out. |

| Shit!
I made it out last year with my Lightning, and would love to make it out with my new truck, because it should put down some decent numbers for an old farm truck!
The timeline is real tight though. I have a bare block right now and bottom end parts on the way.
Accepting last minute entries? I won't likely know if I'm ready until sometime in May.
Still need to get it put together and running, and a little break in/tuning time.

You bet josh, let us know as soon as you do, but there is always people that back out last minute. We will try to book 45- 50 and be happy if 35-40 show up. Just under 30 cars now. |
