Get a voltmeter and check the ohms on the ground wire to make sure its has a good connection. Otherwise check and see if the power wire is loose or grounding out. And as said above try new bulbs.

Dont know what car this is on.... but dont over look a burned terminal in the light bulb connector. If thats good and bulbs are good then like said above.... probably a bad ground.

Remember ...... just cause you have good voltage to the bulb doesn't mean much. When you have a bad connection you can still have good voltage...... on an open circuit. But then when you put a load on the circuit is when it will show up and not work right...... I.E. a dimm light bulb.

I just had this exact same problem on the Chevelle. It was a ground wire coming off the headlight wire harness. Check the obvious. Smile

Also is it a H.I.D if so hids do that sometimes. If not swap the bulbs from side to side and see if its still dim.

They just fixed it at the dealership....the lights were angled wrong. Also I need to change my bulbs. How hard is that cause I have no clue how on these new Hondas.
