Made it from Missoula to Billings on one tank doin 80 through the passes and cruizin at 75 on the rest. Oh did i mention, i can get that mileage and still capable of 150 mph!!! HAHA N.A. FTW!

| I get a pretty consistant 25-27 MPG without much problem. I can even get on it every once in a while and at doesn't seem to effect overall mileage very much. Not too bad | |

| I get 30-32 mpg and still run 20-24 psi. Its all in the tuning. I cruise at 15.5:1 usually. I used to idle there too but the Tomei 270's I now have to idle at 12.0:1 for a smooth idle at 900 rpm's. Too many people think you have to be right at 14.7:1 for best fuel economy at part throttle, my old setup cruised as lean as 16.0:1 and ran great. | |

I have the '01 idle at 13.5:1. I dont like the idle feel with less fuel. 13.5:1 is perfect.

| You have me beat, I traded in my gas sipper for the Evo . I think I still have pictures on one of my old phones of the Z06 getting 29.9mpg on the highway to Sheridan. 405hp v8 cruising at 78mph @ 1900ish rpms will get some decent mpg. Hell I think my bike only gets like mid 30s, lol, hard to be civil on it for an entire tank of gas though. Evo is usually 23-24 on the freeway at 78mph with cruise. | |

| In my SpecV I get an average 24 mpg in the city whether or not Im nice to it or not... however at highway speeds depending on factors such as drag and hills I get between 28 and 34 mpg... but the one thing I love the most is I put her in 6th and set the cruise to around 75 ~ 80 mph and I never need to downshift no matter how big the hill is Oh yeah! | Only thing I did to it was paint the vents on the dash ford blue, put ford stickers in the window cuz I got them for a xmas present... and I put Autolite Iridiums in her and also a set of FocusSport wires... after I did the research and found out how much it would take to make her faster... I traded it off one day. It was a Saturday at work when I worked at Taste of Asia, my boss Jason made me go down to nissan to look at least.... I came back 5 hours later with the SpecV... he was proud | |

(ill never do that again had to get to my sister wedding).

| Bringing this from the dead my soob gets right around 48.8 kpg or 30 mpg or 510 kilometers per tank
O and i forget to post this but for the ones who dont know this an easy way to figure out kph to mph is take kph/1.6=mph
so for example: 120kph/1.6= 75mph
ya im glad i knew that formula before i bought my soob there would have been alot of tickets or i would drive that thing so slow lol

| The Chevelle with 12.5:1 comp, 4000 stall, 4.88:1 gears got 18mpg and still went 10.86. Of course long drives (120 miles or so) makes your ass numb.
The 06 wagon gets 26 city/ 32 hwy. It helps to have the 3.70 final drive though.

| I used to get a consistent 39-39.5 in the vtec-e civ before the swap. I dont think Ive even put a whole tank of gas through it since the swap, I highly doubt its anywhere near that good now with the .5l more displacement and 11:1 pistons. | |
