My desktop's power supply puked so I don't have many pictures right now, but I thought I would put up a couple of pictures of some of my toys.

1970 Charger R/T 440 six pack and constantly leaking automatic


I rebuilt the motor in high school with an old school Mopar Performance cam, some balancing, forged pistons and some other goodies.
It had its day for streetracing, but now its kinda dated.
Addco sway bar, Mopar Performance torsion bars, poly bushings
Currently under the knife to replace the 727 trans which keeps blowing out seals with a 4 speed. Hopefully it will roll again this summer.
Not really all that quick with the highway gears and street tires, but its fun to cruise.



1990 Firebird Formula

Pretty much stock TPI 305, 5 speed, WS6 car. Cat back exhaust and KYBs. Keeps it in the stock class for SCCA.
14.7 @92 with street tires at Acton so its definitely not a powerhouse.


1976 VW Scirocco

Addco swaybars, stiffer springs, poly bushings, autox alignment, and a 1.6L with header, cam, and a Weber.
17 flat on the Gtech so its slow as hell, but it turns real nice.

1987 S10 budget project

It started out as a throw away junker. I dropped in an old 350 with a mild cam from a friends abandoned project. Built a manual valvebody TH350 from more leftover parts. Bought a minispool, some cheap headers, homemade exhaust, and a shifter. It ran a 13.7 @ 102. Added Vortec heads and Performer RPM Airgap Intake. I have some 4.10s to replace the 3.42s and really need a converter



Homemade mess

455 Olds, TH400, Toyota pickup frame, 2" rollbar tubing and a few weeks of welding.
Ugly as hell, but it goes alright in the sand.
Gonna try a spool and try some offroading with it this summer.

HF 1.5 so absolutely no power
KYBs, ST sway bars front and rear, Integra torsion bars and sway bar, Polyeurethane bushings front and rear, Corbeau seat (cause sliding around sucks), SI trans. Grand total $677
It's kinda funny to watch her beat high dollar cars in a junker Honda


The perpetual project.
81 VW Cabriolet SCCA racecar abandoned by previous owner for years. I have been slowly working on bringing it back to life, but as you can tell I have way to many projects so it has kinda just been sitting for a while.

High compression 1.6 with some kind of huge cam. Header, DCOE 40s, MSD timing computer, Quaiffe diff, close ratio trans, poly bushings, ? stiff springs, ? aftermarket bars, ?some sort of coilovers, Dry sump.
Lots of goodies, just needs tons of sorting out. Everytime I think its ready to race something else brakes or starts leaking

I have to drive the back of the pickup up on ramps to get the back of the trailer low enough for the cabriolet to drive off without dragging the frame

Are you planning on driving up to Lewistown? I'm not sure if I'm ready for 70 miles an hour at 4 grand in a stripped car... I might go insane from the noise and vibrations.

Like the toys man! Do you still have that shop that's in the first couple pics? If you do, my brother has one just a few bays down from you. Paul, he's the guy with the modified.

I have some people going with and we are bringing my trailer in case one of our rigs breaks. All my stuff is pretty streetable so if you wanted we could throw yours on the trailer. No guarantees for the trip back, cause sometimes stuff breaks and something else might need the trailer. The plan is that after one breaks the rest of the day we kinda have to baby the rest. Someday I'm gonna find me a 30 + foot trailer and that will make things much easier.

I pulled the 87 Integra into the shop yesterday. D16 comes out for rering and goes into a CRX along with big brakes and knuckles. The torsion bars, front sway bar and rear springs will be donated to the blue CRX this winter. It's getting a Si engine, poly bushings and these integra parts to make a CSP SCCA car. The Black CRX is getting the D16, Upgrade motoring torsion bars, ST sway bar, and ground contol coilovers. Unfortunately this car will be bumped into the XP class, which means it will have to go against the big dogs in Helena and will be a little underpowered for that. But I have all the parts so I am going to build it anyway.

I would sell it, but it would take $3900 and would have to be after the September hillclimb. I know its a lot of money for this car, but I guess it reflects how bad I want to sell it.

I might be willing to deal next year when my other one is on the road, but I am stuck at my price til I get another big track car up and running. I realize you can pick up 3rd gens for a couple thousand all the time, but I have this one running nice and it is way too muc fun at Lewistown.

It seems to be a sick addiction, but I pulled a couple more cars to the shop last night. I came across a 94 Mitsubishi 3000 with a broken timing belt. The price was right so if it's too much to fix I will part it out. Does anyone know of a pair of heads or enging for this thing. It's the nonturbo V6 and unfortunatley its just front wheel drive. If anyone has engine parts or needs parts let me know so I can decide what to do with it.

Drag strip opening has given me some motivation for putting my S10 back together. Hopefully it will be ready if they run on Labor Day.
