| Just got this lovely Toyota pickup, but all the places around town for supposed offroading seem to be for motorcycles only, or technically aren't legal (Black Otter Trail, for example). Do any of you fine folks know of a good place to try and get a truck stuck? | |

| You could try sportsman park between park city and laurel. But the water might be too high this time of year to access all of the fun stuff! | |

| When you say "around town," how far out are we talking? City limits type stuff? | |

| Skyview is very near... and fun. Me and the lady were actually up there today checking out some houses and screwing around. Hooray for crappy cell phone cameras! It never looks as fun as it is... Nice bumper by the way, fasback! | |

| Oh very nice. Yeah, that's definitely a sweet bumper. I'd like to do some heavy duty bumpers on mine someday. I'd like to see what you've got sometime. Perhaps we should have a Citybrew meet with offroaders sometime. Workin on my exhaust tonight. Gonna bolt on an old cherrybomb for now. You guys runnin any aftermarket mufflers? I've heard the Flowmaster 40 and the cheap Thrush turbo are decent. I'd like to save up for some Doug Thorley headers and maybe a Flowmaster 80. Might actually go check out Skyview in a bit. Perhaps I'll see someone there. | |

| Went out behind Skyview late last night with a buddy who was in his Trooper. I was very impressed with how well this stock Toyota did on some of those hills and ruts, especially with stock tires and open diffs. Didn't even come close to getting stuck anywhere. Of course it's all pretty dry right now. I'm sure once I find some good mud, I'll wish I had a damn locker. I'll try and hit you guys up the next time I'm out, and holler if you do. Would love to get some pictures. | |
