| I don't think that's stock...
Very rad car. If something ever happens to the corolla, or I get tired of it, I am TOTALLY getting a miata!

| Thanks guys! So far the wheels and Raceland (ebay cheapness) coilovers are the only mods. Lots of plans, but I'm trying to be smart with my money on this one and try to not spend 90 percent of my income on the car, so mods will be rather few and far between I think. I just had to get it looking acceptable for the first summer haha so wheels and a drop were essential.
I do think it needs an exhaust asap though...

| I am loving it!! I have always been a big fan of the Miata, because they are 115bhp and super small. I would love one with about 200bhp as it would be impossible to control. | |

| Sweet ride! I'd love to see a tuned MX-5 that could give the S2000 a run for it's money. Looks like a $3300 turbo kit will get you up to about 180hp. I bet that would drift like none other... | |

I bet that would drift like none other... It's unfortunate the suspension layout of miata don't allow them to be all that great of drift cars. The small wheel base causes them to flick back insanely quick. People are starting to get them figured out and you are starting to see more in drift events but it takes some work... this however is putting them into the realm of professional drifters. For us Montana folks, we probably can never drive our cars to the same level the pro's do. As for an insane grip car, the miata fits the bill perfect. very nice wheel choice... looks clean.

| Bit of an update. Added a rollbar, the momo wheel from the subie, a shift knob and now some motegi traklites. Still have the XXR's, which are my daily wheels. The traklites will become track only when I can find some quality tires for them. Rollin on some old doo doo federals right now. How it looks tonight: (needs more drop, haven't lowered it back since raising it for winter) | |
