| I had tons of fun. it was nice seeing some new faces. it was pretty sweet being able to drive in the rain in the morning and then have a nice dry track in the afternoon. i really like the course after lunch. way more speed for sure. thats when i really pushed my car . over all it was a good day IMO. cant wait for the next one. my little crx it getting tried i really need to start upgrading it instead of the SS. Also wanted to give a big thanks to mike for setting this event up. with out you it wouldn't happen for maec. so thanks again bud i had a blast.

| LOVED IT!!!!!!! BUT.....it was good that I left when I did...cracked a passenger front rotor...as well as warped both front rotors. 310 for new ceramic pads and rotors(all 4)...already have them installed and the car washed and detailed!!! I was too busy giving rides and didn't get to ride in anyone else's car...I'll have to get some rides in September! Thanks Mike for setting it all up!!! | |

| I am just glad we had such a great turnout due to the morning weather. Really wish everyone would have stayed till after lunch, as the track was 100% better going the other direction. Thanks again for another great meet everyone. | |

| I had to leave about 11am to get back to billings and had to be setup to DJ a wedding by 3, which REALLY sucks, cause as soon as i left, it cleared up and got nice...YOUR WELCOME EVERYONE...haha. HUGE, HUGE thanks to Mikey AND Vern. Without them this never would be possible. If ya'll get a chance, make sure you get down and thank Vern in person. That guy rocks. We DEFINATLY need to get him out there in Sept. if possible to see what a great thing and great ppl that he is helping sponsor. Great day everyone...And don't worry bout Mr. Fresh, He'll be up and going again in no time.
On a side note, I hope we can make this a more regular thing. It would be nice if anyone knew of any other places kinda like that that were reasonably close, just cause if it becomes more regular, ppl might get bored with the same track every time and turnout might decrease. So far our record is clean as far as insurance is concerned(to my knowledge), so hopefully that wouldn't be a big issue.
Once again, thanks to everyone for the good times!

| It'd be great to find a dirt rally track somewhere. Do you think they'd let us go around the BMP track? | |

| If it were a monthly event I dont think going there would be nearly as fun. The wait is what gets me so pumped up for it. Like JD said, the turnout for a monthly event would be pretty crappy I assume, not to mention the schedule is pretty much half full even in January, so I am assuming it is full by now.
Lets just take what we can get and work with it. 2 times a year will suffice.

| Going counter-clockwise definitely felt like it was easier on my brakes for some reason, and was more forgiving in general. Not as much worrying about ending up in a field. One idea for next time: in that area where we had all the cones, set up a big circle there for those who wanna try and go sideways. | |

| I do with the entrance and exit of that box weren't on the same side though, so you could come in the bottom, have a big s curve, and come out the top | |

| Dude, seriously one of the best car focused events I have ever done and I didnt even drive. Big thanks to Mark, Nate, Matt E., and Kurtis for drivin their hearts out and doing there very best to make me carsick And of course a big thanks to Mike and Vern for making it possible for us to go have fun. Thank you everybody else for being safe and making the day enjoyable for drivers and spectators too. Only a few times did I think that someone was not using their brain and a few irresponsible extracuricular activities, but overall it was very organized and I am proud to be part of the maec crew! | |

Maybe he means the width of the track in that area is much wider than what we had it in the afternoon. That way you could stick to the inside if you are 'time attack' focused and swing wide and sideways if you want to.

I really enjoyed running the track both ways and with the different cone set ups too! Thanx again everybody!!

| Mikey, I greatly appreciate the use of your trailer. I cannot thank you enough. Brings a tear to my eye. Love ya buddy; "this ain't gay shit, this is man shit" - martin lawrence. I had so much fun in the STi, it truly ran hard and had a good footplant minus a need of a wider wheel. Coilovers felt strong. Never played with the dccd too darn wet(and I forgot I had dccd hahaha.) Brakes worked very well, so well they would let the back start to drift out done at the right time. Love this drivetrain. Very well put togethor; coming from a swapped rs owner... I still cannot diagnose what is wrong with the STi. Please follow along to help diagnose. I will be uploading pictures in a little bit. | |

| It's doin high-speed shit like this where having good rear brakes, too, comes in handy. As most of us already have pretty big rotors to begin with,I think just going a step or two up in pad quality would help a ton. | |

I think most of my damage was from racing when it was still raining out...and hitting some puddles...you could see a lot of little cracks starting at the holes in the rotor...actually my other 3 weren't warped bad but I did them all just to start with a new brake system!!!
