so here's a post so i don't forget or miss this thread so it's easier to find. thanks man =)

| I posted pictures of a friend's work in here thinking this was just a general welding and fab thread. Didn't realize it was a classified (I just clicked on it in the scrolling box). OP assumed it was me being an asshole, which I can see how he would, however that was not what I had intended - was just trying to show off his skills. | |

| I can do anything as far as fab work but you need to explain what you need done. I dont have any rwd/muscle car type background. But if you need me to do something you need to tell me ( or anyone for that matter) excactly what you need done. | |

| Yeah im certified in JB welding for all positions and all thicknesses. But for mouths I would recomend fist or more commonly refered to as knuckle welding it works great on all; loose, noisy, squaking, sloppy, or stupid mouths and will resolve 90% of your yakity issues. Y you need some lips welded? Or was that a hint for me to shuttup??? | |

| wire feed is the only way to go! lol, na I'm a welder (profession) and its all good stuff... my preference is dual shield flux core... but can stick weld, hard wire, oxy fuel...never done too much tig (just in college).... anyways I have a little cheap 110 wire feed welder if anyone needs anything done... my work won't let us do private projects otherwise I would offer any type of welding (aluminum, stainless, steel, tig/dualshield/hardwire/stick....etc.) Kind of sucks... | |

I didn't realized anyone locally had gotten that crazy and stepped up to the $2400 exhaust systems! Very nice stuff, sorry to hear the car is no longer! (sorry to thread jack, just had to point out the beauty of Amuse products!)

| So I swung by american welding on my way and they dont have any in stock, which doesnt really matter cause its 200 DOLLARS A POUND and they have a 5 POUND MINIMUM purchase amount. Doesnt seem worth it to me, but you might be better off finding a shop that already has all the stuff. I will keep looking but it seems like quite a stretch at this point. | |

| Still doing this Eric? I'm looking for someone to copy my exhaust tips, but in stainless steel. IE they would have to be totally ground smooth on the outside and polished. I built some Oval shaped ones out of aluminized tubing, but want the same look in polished stainless, instead of black. And I can't TIG weld, so I need someone to do it for me. | |

I've since removed the oval tips and decided I can't stand how they make the exhaust "echo" I'll be ordering up a couple 30* stainless mandrel bends, and may be welding another tip alongside them. I'll let you know if I need you to weld them up for me, since I don't do TIG.
