stray cat found can't find the owner

Okay so there is a stray cat that roams around my house, very friendly haven't fed it cuz I'm not allowed to have a cat at my house Sad

he/She's super friendly I just want to find a good home that wants it.

I just want someone responsible to tkae it so that it doesn't get run over I don't have any means to get a shelter right now.

I can't take a cat but I think it's nice you're trying to do something for the animal.

I can't help it I hav e ahuge soft spot for animals. Especially cats
