Subject: Need to borrow a torx March 25th 2011, 3:53 pm
Anyone have a torx PLUS tp50 in 3/8? I need one to drop my fuel tank saturday and it looks like the one I ordered won't make it here in time. Needs to be a plus bit not a regular torx. Snap on wants $25 just for this one socket I may never need again. Thanks
I don't have any torx plus sockets as of yet.... haven't needed any as of yet.... but I'm sure I will need them down the road.

Hmmm looks like they are L key sets or I would have to step up to a full set (bits) for $36.
I think I'm gonna be patient and just wait until the set I ordered gets here Monday unless someone on here actually has the driver I need. Don't want to spend a bunch more money on it.
I appreciate the suggestion.

Harbor Freight has regular TORX drivers but not the plus. O'Reilley's, Sears, and Lowe's also have just regular TORX and not the plus.
I think 1/2 drive might be fine I have wrenches for that. You sure it's a torx plus? If so I'd love to borrow that please. Thanks
