Valve Stem Seals - Help

So, here's the situation. The head is already off of the car. I have the valve stem seals. I need to replace them, but I ahev neither a valve spring compressor nor the confident knowledge to do it on my own. What I ALSO don't have is the $140 Tim Vallie wants to charge me to take it to him.
Is there anyone who is will to help me out with this? Motor is 4g63 16 valve with the head already off.

Matt Walsh was going to help me out when I thought my seals were toast (but it was just the turbo). He might be able to help you out

for 140 bucks you could have a machine shop do them for you instead of a mechanic,

dude youtube that shit its not hard and you can do it without a vave spring compressor

the one thing I learned is that the only valve seal compressors that can fit on our engines are either the c-clamp which should be no issue seeing as you already have the head off, or the one that Euro Export Inc. sells which is more specialized to our heads. but after all that really all you need is a pair of pliers and about 2 hours of time. fairly simple fix
