I thought all 5.0s where 5 lug? Or is it cause of the year. LOL yeah right, try 17's. And nope, 5.0 mustangs in the years of 79-93 (fox body's) were 4-lug stock. Kind of sucks but Im planning on converting to 5 lug soon.

It was fairly mild... It had shorty headers, offroad H pipe, and 2-chamber flowmasters.. The best part was it had all Kenny Brown suspension, and subframe connectors! Here is a pic. I would like to get a fox-body notchback one of these days in the future!

| wow that is a clean fox. Good mods too, yeah good luck finding a Notch these days unless its a 2.3, and still...good luck.
yeah as of now I have the 3.08's in the car but I have 3.73's ready to go in.
I guess I'll do a mod list: -Msd blaster coil, wires, dist. cap and rotor -BBK Cold Air Intake -BBK Ceramic Coated Shorty Headers -BBK Off Road H-pipe -Flowmaster Cat-back -Pro 5.0 Short throw shifter -A/C and Smog delete -R and M billet wire looms -Summit Slotted Rotors and Ceramic Pads -Steeda adjustable clutch cable, aluminum quadrant, and firewall adjuster
and much more to come! | |

Or you can race Perry.. ha ha ha! perry wont race anybody come on, owning a car and using it for what it was built are 2 completely different things man. i like perry, but you will probably never see him actually racing one of his cars anytime soon. hell, i wanna run him in his tubbed out hatch with the chevy engine in it, but that'll likely never come to fruition.

| supercharging is simple. but even then, expensive. turboes are simple, free horsepower with the ability to grow without spending more money( boost controller) not to mention it can be peiced together for way less than buying a procharger/or vortech supercharger. 10psi turboed makes more horsepower than 10psi supercharged | |

| your stock block will not split in half on 10psi. tuning is key, and they break from over revving them on high boost. i ran a stock block cast piston cast rod ,cast srank engine for a year and a half on 16psi and it was fine until i ran it to 7500rpm 1 time on the streets racing a nitrous transam from wyoming, i beat him, and i still drove it home. i ripped the wrist pin outta the number 3 piston. but the bearings and rings and cylinder walls were all perfect except that one hole. if you use your head, it will live for a very very long time. | |

| well then it might be a possibilty, that is if i could ever find some one to tune it. Im gonna focus on some heads, a good cam, and a intake and things i need to build the top end first. | |

| sounds like some pretty solid plans you have for your car. but keep one thing in mind if your planing on boosting it one day. make sure your do some shopping around for cam thats good for boost. ( if you plan on boosting it down the road.). boost doesnt like alot of LSA's you tend to get boost bleed off. not tryin to bust your balls or anything just tryin to give you a little info about boost. Im sure josh will chime in. i could be wrong but from what ive read and seen thats tends to be the case. | |

| Yeah thanks for the advice man. but I have a buddy who knows allot about superchargers/turbo's and anything fox body. so I take most advice from him and boosting is a while down the road. for now its a solid foundation and building the motor up N/A. | |

| i have run stock spec cams since i started turboing stuff, because stock cams are very close to turbo cams in lsa, and duration as well as turbo cams do not need gobbs of lift (which is similar to stock cams) | |

If you are looking for parts like aftermarket intakes, thottle bodies, cams, nitrous kits, injectors or what ever you might need, I might have it. I need to sell this stuff to put in to my 84 mustang project. So message me if you're interested. Sweet car man
