Carpentry? Smelly old trailer home.

Who here on MAEC does carpentry work? I need a trailer home from 1960 completely remodeled to living standards tolerable.

at least 1-2 years that's it.

HELP? Need estimate if anyone is willing to look at a property I'm about to close on.

hopefully you didt pay more than $50 for it. just jokin. mobile homes are kind of hard to work on. i take it you are looking to do flooring, bath room and a kitchen? i reccomend pulling carpet (im sure it has some) and buying lament flooring and put that in. its very easy to install. the bath room can be a bit tricky. but you can pull up the linoleum and put that lament in there also. cabnets are easy to refurbish if they are not so old that they are steal. counter tops are tought to get level, but most shine ups you can do on your own and save son coin. if you need a hand just pm me.

Bought by some guy from Cali and the deal closes 28th. But if it doesn't the place is mine. Or I might try to offer a higher amount so he can flip it to me.
