Just curious.... why all the work of a Bseries transaxle on a D engine? You can build the D series transaxles pretty decent.

Gearing on a B tranny is way better than a D!! and the d series axles well DSS ones are only good to mid 400 whp which if this goes the way I want it to that wont be enough..So needless to say want the better gearing, equal lenght axles and the strength in axles I can gain by going this route...Plus as a bonus I will be first 406 guy to do something like this..lol

My brother and I put a b series with his Dohc zc that was running 12 psi and the b series LSD did not last any longer than a d series but I'm sure urs will cuz it will be BUILT!!!!!! SO WE ENDED UP HAVING ANOTHER D SERIES TRANNY BUILT WITH A 4 SPEED TRANNY AND IT HELP UP FINE

Ya know I had a whole thing typed out and deleted it all cuz it just isnt worth it...only thing I am gonna say is BULLSHIT!!!! Sorry man but I dont believe you did a D2B setup..The fab work it takes to do this set up someone would of heard about it! People would of talked about it because its something that isnt done daily..Shit if I am correct only a handful in the U.S. that can say they have successfully done this!!!!and there would be pictures...

Nice try though trying to take the claim of 1st D2B setup in the state of MT..But we all know its still up for grabs.... Ill post pics of the whole proces with me in pic and dates on photos!! lol just so everyone knows I am telling the truth!!!

And also I never said my tranny will be built might have a LSD but thats about it... And I hate to tell you but a D tranny will not take the repeated abuse a B will? Search it and you will find the facts!!!
