MAEC spotted thread!!

I think this is a great idea and some other forums do it. The season is starting to slow down but people are still out doing their thing and they sometimes are spotted rolling around. So here it is folks post up who see rollin and show them some love and throw them a waive.

I'll start... I saw Corey on King Ave in his red EK (96-00 Civic) this morning on my way to work. I through him a duece but he was talking on his phone so I'm sure he didn't see me. I hope he signs up on here. His car looks siiiccckkk with his black wheels and yellow fogs lights. I would have snapped a pic if I wasn't driving HA!!!

I live on 24th... I could list off all the cars I see, but I don't have enough time in the day.

Someone needs to tell that damn SRT-4 kid to stop revving his car. I wasn't back in town 5 minutes, and he went revving his shit by my house.

And whos the kid that bought Cook's WRX? I saw him driving like a complete douchebag more than once today.

lmao... and I must not have noticed. I had got 2 hours of sleep in the last 24 hours at that point driving all night from Seattle to the Tri-Cities and then from the Tri-Cities to here throughout the night. I was so tired by the time I got home it was ridiculous.

i was out with everyone last night and that kid kept driving by reving at hondas left and right then we watched him get next to a gt500 and rev it im sorry but that kids an idiot he tried telling my buddy that it had an sti motor and it ran a 12 in the 1/4 brandon this kid needs his ass whooped either that or paul needs to hunt him down lol. sti gt35>wrx stage 2 hahaha

Yeah I have seen this kid the past few days driving like an idiot. I have smoked this car a couple times when Tyler owned it. Atleast Tyler isn't a douchebag and we ran for fun. But yeah sure I would be down to show this kid what "REAL" STi is since he only has a base map on that EJ205. Maybe then he will go home and stop being an idiot.

Yeah I found him on King Ave today and gave him some 5600 rpm launching on 19 psi. Sad to say for him he never had a chance. He thought he was quick until he stared at tails the whole time. When we stopped he looked at me and said "holy shit!" I just laughed and drove off.

Anyone seen that White EG (92-95) Civic hatch that Todd Carlson owned for a little while running around? If I remember correctly, it only has an LS Swap in it now, but when it was the shop's car (The shop that built Todd's car) I guess it supposably ran 9's built and boosted. Its caged, and has a chute mount on the back, big ol' hole cut out in the front bumper where there was once a turbo mounted I'm guessin.


Either way, the kid who owns it now, drives it like its still a 9 second car. I've seen him "hauling ass" the best an LS swapped hatch can by my house a couple times now. I haven't got a good look at the kid, but if someone would stomp all over him it'd be greatly appreciated.

I guess that's the joy of living on the two-four - I get to hear every ricer and his buddy racing from my living room.

I can imagine. I love living in a quiet little neighborhood in the heights. No thugs, no kids racing up and down the street. The perfect formula I figured out for when I buy my first house is either right outside city limits, or 2 turns off a main street. You need 2 turns, because only 1 turn and your street might be used as a shortcut, 2 turns pretty much guarantee that no one is gonna be flying down it and I consider a main street any street that either connects to a 4 lane street or or a street that is longer than 3 miles.

Saw Mike the other day on 4th. Revved on the way by but couldn't have any fun; 5-0 had a kid pulled over and traffic was slowing down to check out the action.

Yikes thats a scary looking engine bay. If I wanted to see that much blue I'd jump in the ocean. Maybe they should have done the same with that car.

Ran into Anthony over at the Holiday on Grand yesterday. It was really good timing since I was trying to get my tires pressured up in the Honda and my gauge was making me rage badly. He just happened to have a much nicer one with him. Awesome

Bah! Owen you beat me to it. Yeah it was strange timing indeed because I had gone to 3 other gas stations and all the air compressors were down.

Saw what I believe was an 06/07 black STi with red rally flaps on it. Pulled up and threw a deuce and received a nod. good lookin car there.
