| Any one planning on going to the 32nd INTERNATIONAL MUSTANG MEET in Spokan on Sept.1-5 at Northern Quest Resort . I talk to one of the guys running it and they rented the Spokane County Raceway is located adjacent to Northern Quest Resort and features an NHRA drag strip plus a road course for autocross. We will get the track to ourselves for the day on Sunday. Its going to be preety sweet, but the hotels around the area are filling up fast. The resort was filled up last summer I got a room last week at the Hilton and they will have a shuttle running between the hotels. I think there is only like 10 or so for rooms left, so if you are planning to go I would book one right away. It would be pretty sweet to see some Local Stangs there at the show. Heres the link and forms. http://www.inlandempiremustangclub.com/INTERNATIONAL%202011/32nd%20IMM.htm | |

| I was planning to go, but I'll be in Tennessee that weekend. Scott & I were very involved in planning the 30th international that was here in Billings. Brett setup the dyno event. It should be a great weekend. They have much better air so the racing should be awesome. | |

| Man, I'd love to go to some of the big Mustang meets like Spokane and Sturgis. I'm not sure that we will be able to do it this year, but perhaps next year. Riptide, I've heard that Sturgis is pretty awesome. A few of the guys on another forum I'm on ( www.svtperformance.com) were talking about it. My husband and I are going to Mustang Week in Myrtle Beach, SC next summer, which we are pretty excited for. Sounds like it's a lot of fun, from what we hear. | |

| Not sure about how nice the meet is in sturgis, but the town iteself is quite the let down. Middle of nowhere, Nothing to do. I would be down for spokane, but a ranger wouldn't be allowed would it? I hear the track is quite nice now that they have put some money into it. I wonder if this twin turbo 890rwhp cobra kit car will be there? | |

I really want to go to one this year. Too bad they are both on the same date. Would love to go to both.

Keystone is very touristy (which means there is plenty to do), and it's pretty close to Mount Rushmore. I've been out that way a few times and thought it was alright. I suppose that's all personal opinion though.

| Driving through the black hills would be one of the main reasons to cruise down there IMO. Been through the area before and it was a nice drive.
I don't know why they sched those two events on the same date. Seems dumb to me.

| I guess if your use to the flatness of billings, the black hill are probubly nice. I personally think the drive to spokane is alot better. Expsecially if you take mt 200 instead of I 90. This is just an opinion. I would go to mt rushmore though. There was a hotel with an indoor waterpark nearby. I think keystone would be a better place to have the car show, and not sturgis. That place was GAAAAAAYYYYY. Probubly doesn't help that I think harleys are the biggest pieces of crap ever built. It is closer to you guys in that part of the state, but not by too much. | |

| Sturgis is boring when there isn't a rally going on, in that case go to deadwood.. but i like cambling and towns like that, historical. I wont be going to Spokane but I might go to Sturgis if I can. | |

http://www.inlandempiremustangclub.com/INTERNATIONAL%202011/32nd%20IMM.htm Like Ryan said, i am planning on going. It will be a great time, the quality of cars that come are second to none and the people are a blast. I'm looking forward to a dyno pull, or two and run down the track! The track has a reputation for being close to sea-level fast, even though the elevation is some where around 1100'. The dyno they are using is the same one used @ the 31st last year in Red Deer AB and there was the last pull i made. I am looking forward to seeing what my gains have netted and how much boost that low altitude air makes! Every year this show alternates from Canada to US and Labor Day weekend is one that both countries share...FYI Hope to see you there!!
