Honda Prelude: Looking to buy a 5th Gen (1997-2001) Honda Prelude

I am currently looking to buy a 5th Generation Honda prelude.
1997-2001 preferably an SH Model Prelude. I would be happy with a project car and am willing to put work into one.
I have been looking for a 5th gen for a long time and am having a hard time finding one for sale with the precification I want in a decent price range. Let me know if anyone has one they are willing to sell or knows of anyone who does.
