| My buddy wants to come out here over winter and "help" tuck my bay and shave it. I don't even know if I want him to. As awesome as it would be, my car is built to be a functioning track car. Maybe I'd let him tuck the headlight harness and bay harness, or whatever it is. Asfar as the engine harness is concerned I think leaving it OEM, or very close is probably the best bet for ease of working on the car.
I dunno, it looks sick, I guess you just need to narrow down what the main use of your car is going to be and go from there. I'd love to see a nice clean tucked and shaved bay around town!

| Easy route: Get a car from the 1960s and do a harness tuck on it. YOU ONLY HAVE LIKE 3 WIRES! | |

| I don't envy you at all. I did a lot of wiring on the 240 and it gets old real quick. I hate wiring and hoses as much as anyone and wanted to simplify everything. What I hated about tucking wires is you then have no mounts or points to hook the wires to. Obviously you can make ones and add things, it's just one of the many joys you will get to experience.
To me the factory wiring is what is ugly, and there is no way to make it all invisiable so a premade harness that looks cool is the best route in my opion. Then even in places where it i s visable it isn't an eye sore.

That is truly astronomically overpriced. You can fin people who do i tmuch cheaper and actually better quality. If time wasn't of the essence when I ordered my harness I would've gone through Wireworx. He's an electrician by day and at night builds custom harnesses for people. I spoke with him on the phone about doing my K harness and he's MUCH more reasonably than Rywire price wise (Call him, he quoted me almost $100 less than his ad on HT when I spoke over the phone with him). Not to knock a dude, but word has been that Rywire's quality has been slacking lately too. I guess when you blow up and have harnesses waiting and waiting you start to rush and miss things. It happens, we're all humans, but it makes it a giant PITA for the purchaser. You'll have to PM the OP in this thread of you're interested. Honda-Tech Locked the thread, because unless they're getting a cut of the Money they don't like "businesses" (as they called him) advertising. HT Wireworx ThreadAnd Yeah, even putting the K harness in the EK, I've been modifying harness Mounta to place in places to keep the Harness away from certain things, and to keep from chaffing, etc. Fortunately most of the EK harness "clips" that mount to the chassis are the same design as the ones from the RSX, so it is for the most part as hard as figuring out where I want a mount and then drilling it out larger so a certain bolt will fit through or a tweak or bend here and there to make it look "right" so to speak. Whenever I do a car, my ultimate goal is to make sure everything looks like it belongs where it is and was supposed to be there from the factory so to speak.
