I need your opinion

Hey guys I was hoping I could snatch your opinion on the matter of a website I want to design. I love the forum here because it seems active so I thought I would ask for advice.

I want to start a site for pictures of events relating to Lewis Town and others. Which would allow different people to upload photos of their very own meets.

Here is what Ive got so far for a design. This is about 20 minutes of work, and the text and photos are place fillers. Can you help me with a name?
