Been to a few sites and read up on a few but still haven't decided. Any suggestions on a c5 cold air intake (yes I want to keep my fog lights lol)

just cut a hole on the stock cover (just like the Z06 stock filter lid). Get a K&N filter, then remove the screens on the MAF. Curious, your car stock or you have any other mods?

Thanks for the tip! Complete STOCK as is. I just bought it the other week. Switching to american muscle vice my M3. Few MODS on the way but nothing too crazy. Any suggestions is appreciated with this car. I think I've seen your car around- not many black C5 vettes out there. What MODS have you made on yours?

It's nice to see some more LSx based cars on here.

In my opinion, I wouldn't spend a lot on a CAI. The Z06 mod and a K&N is probably your best bet. Most CAI systems are way overrated. I'd put the saved money into a really good tune, cam, or anything else really.

my car is stock other than the mods listed. I'm plannin on new tires, racing brakes and basic tuneup for the track day coming up...debating on nitrous...I would like to run low 12s. is yours a manual? How many miles?

It's actually auto with 34k miles. Just threw on a BB exhaust.. taking the passenger side muffler was a pain in the a$$
