The Offical "Who Are You Recruiting?" Thread

i mean recruiting as in giving out MAEC cards to potential members. So i think this could be a cool thread to start, this is basically just about who or what you gave the card to.
Today i gave a car to a blue Skyline G35. Looks kinda like this without the body kit. Its blue with black rims and looked insane!


In the thread you don't have to know the person or whatever; just say what kinda car it is and any mods it has that you know of.

For the G35 it had new exhaust for sure and the brakes looked awesome
I think if we got this thread going it could be cool to hear about new incoming members and cool cars that have been seen

his name is brad, he's one of my friends haha...

I've seen that G35 and actually BS'd with him some, nice guy. Hopefully he joins

So far I've only given out one card Found a Honda at the Career Center carshow with a full roll cage inside and it looked like it was in the midst of a pretty stellar build!

Also I signed up for an account on BigSkyEuro and started a thread to try and recruit some new members. There's some pretty sick VeeDubs and Audi's on there from all over the state

I have yet to hit anyone up. Car shows and the drag strip are going to be gold mines in my opinion.

oh yeah the drag strip going to be crazy. specially cuz the pit in the back is completely open. go up to the cars, talk to owners. we can recruit crazy fast once drag season starts going hard

gace one yesterday to a guy filling up at a gas station he I think it was a Camaro

K...Correct me if I'm wrong...but there is no such thing as a Nissan Skyline G35. Its a sick lookin car but being a Nissan owner myself, I've never heard of it. My guess...its an Infinity G35 with a different grill and Nissan emblem, possibly JDM or aftermarket. Just rose my curiousity is all. Hope he joins up.

Some people refer to it as the R35 Skyline because the new GTR is called the R36 so they Im assuming they just decided to call their G35 Coupe a Skyline. Ive actually been to car shows on the east coast where people have actually put "Skyline" badges on their G35 coupe. I myself dont consider it a true Skyline but thats just my 2 bits.

yeah its not a true skyline but skyline first went and did a car for nissan. then after a while they wanted to do a sport sedan so they went to nissans sister company infinity and did a skyline for them too.. i think it has skyline parts on it but its not completely a skyline gtr

i have given one to this guy named jerry he owns a black evo and then this weekend walkin from bodyworks tatoo to softies my friends and i gave one to this white civic that had a password jdm sticker on the front windshield hope both of them join

awesome! the more the better! and yeah the more i look at the stang the better it gets. i'm just not a fan of taillights. the only thing that i think look good is if they smoke them or just put a black cover over them. haha otherwise i just can't stand when people put aftermarket taillights. but yeah todd i bet those lights look sick at night. I've seen that stang last summer and the thing is amazing in person. real loud too

gave a card to this guy that came and bought my ps3 controller. not a bad red honda said he has a cold air intake on it and is gonna put his better rims on it.

How do I get some of these cards? I know a few people in town that would join.

at meets Mike(doodiehead) has them. or thats where i got mine

Ya Mike has a bunch of general ones made up but a few of us just went to VistaPrint.com and made free ones. Just like $5 for shipping

Handed out a card to this sick Evo VIII. Hopefully he joins!!!

zipdrive gave me some so I handed them out to a 2002 Civic SI EK, Dodge Viper SRT-10 Red, Carrera S, Audi RS4

Had a guy bring an Orange foxbody with black stripes down to the shop today asking if we knew anyone that would want to buy it. From what I heard he said it ran 11's and he's asking $4000. Pretty sure I've seen the car around town and at the track. I gave him a card and told him to sign up and post it up for sale as we have a few Mustang guys on here that could help him sell it

Also we're replacing the bumper on a MX5 turbo Miata and I'm gonna slip a card in w/ our Thank You cards once we're done working on it

its got a 383 chevy motor in it, stripped for racing. and it did indeed run 11's..he used to live in my neighborhood, if i would have known he still had it for sale, i would own it right now, haha.

rear air defuser bumper yes but my rear bumper is not black......lmao glad thats what u saw was rear bumper tho.....

slipped one in the windows of another black WRX that I didn't recognize and a white stang with a supercharger whine and big chrome wheels at Asian. That stang looks and sounds pissed off...anyone know him?

Tagged a black 240 that was in my works parking lot on Friday. Turns out she knows one of the techs I work with so hopefully she'll join.

Also after lunch in Lewistown on saturday we went exploring the town for a few and stumbled across a black peanut-eye WRX w/ some black rims and I tagged it also!!

me and athomp went and tagged this sick 70s challenger with huge slicks but it looked like i was stealing his car so he ran across the street and thankfully noticed i was just trying to give him a card but i dont know if hell join or not.

I gave a card to a guy in a evo !0 after we got done racing today.

haha i gave one out today to a nice clean honda civic. black with gunmetal rims and had some white decals on it (like company names such as BBS and Skunk2 not like dumb flames or anything haha). first time seeing it in town. hope he joins up!
