| Ok, I'm looking for an exhaust shop that is inexpensive and will install catless straight pipes without any arguments. I just started ordering all my parts for my truck build, and I'm gonna need some new exhaust once I'm done. I'm installing a 5.3 Vortec into it with my stock GTO cam and a pair of 1 3/4 shorty headers. I need someone just to run straight pipes and dump them in front of the axle. Would also like to have an H-pipe put in. I'm pretty pumped up about this. It should be pretty sweet when all is said and done. | |

| Pretty good. I mean, i don't have anything to compare it too, but when I went to a muffler shop near the end of 4th, they charged me $30 to weld 2 hangers on a catback........
This was $80ish for the piping(which was actually 3 pipes tacked together then clamped, and 1 of them bent) and labor | |

| how about silent knight or interstate powersports? they do side jobs on exhaust. and they did a pretty good job, if you dont want a cat tho, you may have to just cut off the brackets from the cat and weld on the exact distance tube, because remember, its illegal for them to do it, and we have an emissions test coming up in i believe 2012. | |
