Drift-Away Camp May 22nd and 23rd, 2010

The 2010 Drift-Away camp is one of the most anticipated events of the season. The weekend is intended to provide an environment that is safe and fun for participants of all skill levels while providing plenty of track time for skill development. Most of all, the event will help bring together and grow the drifting community in Western Canada.

The Camp is located outside Lumsden, SK (15 min north of Regina) at 3Flags Motorsports Park.

Registration:

Registration is open to the first 30 applicants that pay in full. Any cancellations up to 48 hours prior to the event are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Within 48 hours no refund will be available unless we can fill the spot.

Cost:

Pre-Registration (Up to and Including May 14th) : $175.00

Registration after May 14th : $200.00

Now does someone need to bring their own car to drift? or will there be fully insured cars provided?
And as a drift "camp", will there be formal instruction by professional drivers?

I don't think I could come up with a Passport in time for something like this.

Canada will not let me in anymore, all from a frickin' drinking charge that was considered a 6 month differed sentence. Did I mention that was in 2-0-0-4!!!

I can get in to Canada but I' not sure I want. But some Timmy Hortons does sound good!

You have to bring your own car unless you can convince someone to let them use theirs.

There won't be any 'Formal' instruction but there will be drivers of all backgrounds in attendance. Some Pro drivers, Some Pro-am etc.. Everyone is expected to help everyone out by riding along and giving pointers.
