| I've had bad luck with my transmission and with the coming opening of Rocky Mountain Dragway, I worry about launching and shifting hard as my tranny has a lot of miles on it. I have a spare tranny laying around I would like to build up, but I'm not sure how. I've brought this up on my Avenger forum to see what others have done but I would like some local input. I've hear of things such as cyro-treating gears or using Purple Royal fluid that is much thicker...... but I really know nothing on the subject lol. Opinions? | |

| What are the costs of an already upgraded aftermarket tranny for your platform? | |

| Amsoil is good stuff. I believe a mixture of Amsoil and Redline make a good pair. Cant remember though. | |

| Well I threw in the Amsoil syncromesh yesterday and took a drive across town to slosh it all around. I have to say there is definitely a noticeable improvement in shifts!! Shifting is like butter and my clunking into 2nd has been significantly reduced! I deffenantly recomend this stuff!! | |
