Just shaved mine today. It was getting too long and started poking my lower lip. Should have one by then though (if the car is runnig that is)

Got a hold of Michelle finally and she is going to be talking with the head grounds keeper of the track about having the buses moved if they are in the area. Should be a sweet time I think. Really hate getting this close as I start getting super excited.

Kinda bummed I'm going to miss this one. I would head up just to watch but that's kinda a long drive just to spec.

If you and Erin want to ride with the Bird and I you are more than welcome. We are going to be driving dads new truck and it is really luxurious.

Michaela and I will be driving up in the DD Malibu whenever the puppy decides to wake us up. Racing or not I will not miss an event like this

I am glad you guys will be making it Todd. You will just have to hitch rides with people since you will not have a vehicle.

I have decided we will meet at All American (old Heights K-Mart) at 4:30am and depart at 5:00am. According to Weather.com sunrise is just before 7:00am on the 11th. Being that we are having a late departure I assume everyone will roll up in the one group.

Thoughts?

Update. Won't be making it this time, too much to do on the car and not enough time. Be sure to be there spring next year though.

Well I wont be making this event...(no car to run) And daughters first soccer game is that sat....

Not a big deal, there is always going to be next year. Might actually setup 3-4 meets in Lewistown for the 2011 season, we will see.

Got the SVT all squared away... New intake gaskets, new PCV, and a few feet of vacuum line later, she is mean-sounding and READY!!!

I'm just trying to get the mighty mouse Fiat in it's final coate of primer before it goes up for the event. Did I mention I really hate body work? lol

What color primer are you shooting, standard grey or black? I know it has been grey but didnt know if you changed with the final coat.

No one under the age of 18 is allowed to race as it is a much higher liability. I dont want to worry about losing our insurance sponsorship and Vern agrees with my decision.
