| Super excited for this. I had an amazing time last year. I've got new HPS pads, ATE super blue fluid and some ss brake lines. Should help a bit. I will be bringing a cooler with water bottles for everybody. I'll probably be a part of the early crew as well.

| Just got the rims and tires re-mounted and now I am working on sanding my corner lights and front turn signals. I decided the blacked out look is not a good look and want to make it look more STREET LEGAL. Looks like the weather on Friday is going to be pretty crappy, so I am going to leave my car on all 4 jack stands till then and do my ONCE OVER before the race. I am getting way too excited!! | |

Its not the targa top that my head is hitting, its right behind that where the body goes across!

| Can't wait to see what you come up w/ Mike, I promise to help set up the coarse this time!!
Thanks to Matt's generous help I now have new axles, rotors, and Hawk HPS pads. We also fixed a couple other loose ends that needed fixing and I installed my catch can.
I finally figured out why I only blow oil out my PCV in Lewistown........ ALL THE RIGHT TURNS lol!!! Gonna have to keep checking the can to make sure it's not filling up every 2 laps like last year lol.
Getting more excited every day, hell I'm awake right now cause I can't stop thinking about the last few things I have to do before I'm ready, good grief!!

| I decided a while back that I will wait to do the brakes until after Lewistown. I dont want to risk not having a car, especially now that the nipple broke off on the drivers front/rear of the caliper. I would have no way to get the air out. | |

You will have to use an easy out to remove the broken nipples...

| Mr. Walsh, I believe after Lewistown I am just going to remove the drivers side caliper and bring it down to you. Hopefully we can get that broken piece out and replaced with something that will work. As soon as we get that all done, it will be time to install the new Y system off the ABS unit and that proportional valve from Summit (I decided to order that by the way). | |

| A few more things cleared up and fixed tonight so hopefully the car will be performing even better at lewistown. Thanks to Eric (f20bmt) I will be trailering the 240 which should allow for more aggresive driving... knowing that it can go on a trailer home! And tonight while cleaning up a few things in the engine bay I noticed that one of my catch can lines had been melted by my manifold causing an air leak behind the MAF! I also got my fans rewired so hopefully there will be no issues with blowing fuses!
now lets just pray for no rain!

| Yeah lets pray for no rain for sure. its suppose to rain the next day.So expect clouds. lets hope it stays a nice 65 degrees perferably 70 and sunny. i really hope so or this whole thing may for the most part be a bust because alot of our cars cannot run on the wet track due to tires.
Everyone pray for clear skys and if you have to do a sacrifice its ok lol its just one day u gotta sacrific a goat i believe? hehe jks

Glad you got your car even more figured out Bone, I am really looking forward to all the Nissan goodness this year.

| I'm still hoping we don't have to have run groups. Last year everyone was really good about not having too many cars out at a time, hopefully we can manage that again cause I really don't like the idea of being told when I can and cannot go around the track..... Just be smart people, remember this is NOT a race, use common sense and be carefull and we should all be fine. Unless of couarse Jeremy (Silver WRX w/ DC stickers) actually does come (which it sounds like he is) In that case we need 2 run groups. One group of just him and one group of everyone else haha!! I hate to sound like a dick, and I'm not tryin to hate, but I want to warn EVERYONE that may not know this kid that he is a scary, innexperianced, and dangerous driver so WATCH OUT!!! | |

| Just read through the pages of this thread, it should tell you all you need to know. And Todd - I'm sure we won't have to. We had a lot of cars there last year and it seemed that a lot of people enjoyed just chilling and watching other cars. And anyone who doesn't want to break their car won't be running more than 3 or 4 laps at a time anyways to cool everything down, so at any given time I'm sure at least half the cars will be in the pits. In summary. I'm not worried. | |
